The surgery was outpatient, so I wasn’t technically in a “room” so much a bed with a curtain. I was so excited that I only got the release surgery! Before I was even lucid, I exclaimed “that’s an ace bandage!” Then had to try to explain to the nurse what I was talking about while not fully awake… I’m sure it was hilarious.
